Cancellation Policy

- The length of your reading does depend upon what is revealed. If we get through your entire reading and you have no questions, that will conclude your reading. Reading times listed are to make sure you have set aside time in the event that the reading runs over. - There are NO REFUNDS for MISSED READINGS WITHOUT CONTACT BEFORE the appointment. Rescheduling MAY be offered, but THIS IS NOT REQUIRED and does require a $20 rescheduling fee. - If you go over your reading by more than 5-10 minutes, you will be invoiced and charged. - Please ensure all contact information is up to date, and remember you are booking in CST/CDT. - You will receive a call at your appointment time. Please DO NOT CALL AUNTEA! If you call Auntea and interrupt someone else’s reading, you risk yours being cancelled.
