Cancellation Policy

- There are NO REFUNDS for MISSED READING WITHOUT CONTACT BEFORE the appointment. - Rescheduling MAY be offered, but THIS IS NOT REQUIRED and does require a $20 rescheduling fee. - If you go over your reading by more than 5-10 minutes, you will be invoiced and charged. - Please ensure all contact information is up to date, and remember you are booking in CST/CDT. - You will receive a call at your appointment time.
